Maybe my believe of the “soul" is a little different from the norm. It requires some courage to share, and I try here today. :)
I believe in reincarnation. Also, I believe all our souls ultimately transform into the light gradually. It is what most natural to me. I believe that our souls reincarnate more than our mind can process, like 1 million times or 2 trillion times. Our life here is like a dance between the bodies that inherited from billions of ancestors, and the souls that experienced billions of lifetimes. It’s a romance.
I let the universe to judge my belief, and I simply enjoy my life more than ever since my belief has set. From this perspective, I can think about so many varieties of souls. Some are new to the Earth, and some are ancient here. There are souls who used be a bird, trees, or wind, and it is their first time to be a human. Perhaps, someone who are not good with technologies might come from the ancient times. We all look like humans, and we are actually, seriously, significantly different inside.
For example, a soul that experienced being darker skins for many times reincarnated to white skin body. An animal to a human, a man to a woman, a Romanian to a Brazilian, a human to a tree, a king to a maid…
And other examples, there are souls reincarnated in Japan for five thousand times, souls reincarnated in all over the Earth, souls from the Venus, souls that experienced 1 million lifetimes on Cygnus, souls from the future and the past, and angels inside of human body…
There are infinite possibilities.
If we introduced our soul lineages in additions to our names and occupancies, I would really enjoy that.
When I stand here, I really get curious about other people, and I get less triggered by having very different opinions. I think we all are trying to understand and live this moment with very different point of views and experiences.

… Why do you act like a king? Oh, you used to be a king!
… Whoa, I think she just sent me a message telepathically!
Something like that. It’s really fun.

I wrote about our longing for ancestors’ land before, and I believe our souls also long for their familiar lands and home. Maybe the souls reincarnate on the same land again and again come back here and enjoy deepening the relationship to the land without any doubt. On the other hand, souls who are familiar with Iceland and reincarnated to Japan, may try to immigrate to Iceland. Or the souls who are new to the Earth may feel funny and traveling around the world to find the land and people who they are resonate with. Our souls' actions look different, but our longing for the home may be similar.
It might look interesting to see a white monk, a black hope, a Japanese flamenco dancer, and maybe it is actually a very natural thing for their souls. They might be the brave souls who break the walls of cultures and other differences. People who see unseen, hear silence, and no fear to the wildlife maybe have a lot of cultivations in their past lives. For me, those who go outside of the norms and express themselves are so inspiring whatever the ways.

Ultimately, I believe all the souls go back to the light.
Light can be translated in many ways, and for me it feels like a state that is raw and the source of the lifeforce itself. We all share the home whether humans, elephants, trees, birds, wind, and ocean…. This longings for the souls’ home might be the source of many songs, chantings, or even religions. The longing for the warm and raw; our souls' home.
At the same time, it is important to remember that we live on the Earth this moment together, and we all are the Earth family. Isn’t it sweet that our souls share the home, and this moment we live on the same planet in this vast universe?
I guess we are trying to integrate and find a harmony in very different soul lineages. It is a big task to work on! Shall we stop fighting and put our energy into find a way of harmony? If all we do this, it won’t take long!

Lastly, our ancestors’ souls also go back to the light.
But some souls get lost or have some unfinished stuff and hesitate to go. Ancestral healing is to support the ancestors’ souls' journey to the light. I simply hope that many souls get their home with ease and reconnect with their souls’ families. :) We too, I hope we support each other, live our life fully, serve to the Earth, and go back to the light proudly!!
