Connecting with gratitudes with life, the feeling of gratitude spreads through the body.
We eat, breathe, and live everyday.
It is an extremely normal thing and a miracle at the same time.
*
Inhale & exhale, and receive the air.
Eat & drink, and nourish the life force.
Bodies are rejuvenated by sleep, and wake up the next morning.
Injuries heal in time.
Food and drink we take are automatically digested into the compost and eliminated outside.
Arms and legs move with coordination of the mind.
It is ordinary and a miracle.
*
Hanging out with friends with many giggles.
Arguing with a partner with a small thing.
Being with a family who we love/ be loved.
Living in a house with water, gas, and electrolicity.
Cuddling with animals.
What we think normal is a miracle.
*
Rivers flow into the ocean. Volcanoes erupt sometimes. Moon and tides.
Birds fly, and whales swim.
Water changes its forms in the sky; fog, rain, hail, and snow.
Nature is filled with miracles.
*
We grieve and laugh because we can feel.
The ordinary things are miracles.
Our life is made with miracles.
Since the first human, our blood has never been extinguished for millions of years.
It is a miracle that I can express myself in words here, and someone who read this can understand what I am saying. It is a miracle.
How many languages died in time?
How many people have weaved this language?
How much effort was/is/will be made in order to deliver the same language from the past to now and to the future? I bow to this miracle.
*
It is a blessing we have no doubt about tomorrow coming the way it is.
Gratitude for each day and each breath.
Gratitude for the connection with nature, people, and spirits.
Gratitude for the ancestors.
Sending love to the Earth and to the Cosmos.
Sending much appreciation to my family.
Sending much love for my friends, lover, and coworkers who laugh and cry with me.
I am thankful for the life experiences. May the world be filled with gratitudes.
May we keep remembering the ordinary miracles.
May tomorrow come with dreams and hopes.
With love,
Kyoko
